I must get about 100 hits to my site each day from Google images
Do you guys think this is good traffic that actually does something or is it just useless traffic that I shouldn't bother about it?
It definitely would never help you in page ranking but it can help you in alexa ranking. Alexa ranking completely depends on traffic. And since you are getting organic traffic so its always good. You should always welcome free traffic.
